Huckleberry
The Huckletown Code
Town rules · Good company starts with kindness.
Huckletown thrives on kindness. The mayor, Doc Laladay, asks that anyone entering a Hucklespace observe mutual respect and common courtesy.
Do not say or do anything disparaging toward someone else while you are in a Hucklespace.
Make a new friend
When entering a Hucklespace, consider saying hi to someone you maybe haven’t talked to much, or someone you have never met before. Make a new friend! Huckletown is a very social space.
Personal grievances
It is not Huckletown’s responsibility to mitigate personal grievances between players.
The mayor recommends use of the tools the game’s developers have made available to all (e.g. blacklisting/muting) if you encounter someone at a Hucklespace with whom you may have a grievance.
Conduct inside a Hucklespace
If the mayor believes any player inside a Hucklespace is acting in a way or saying things that are grounded in the motivation of being intentionally hurtful to someone else, he may elect to conduct an estate removal.
Respect extends to the mayor’s DMs
The mayor has a zero tolerance policy for anyone who may attempt to slide into his DMs with rude or hurtful comments.
This will result in an immediate block on Discord, and a ban from all Discord servers for which he is responsible.
Concerns are welcome. Rudeness is not.
Raising concerns in a polite, respectful way is welcome—rudeness is not.
Leave egos at the door
This is a video game—please leave all egos at the door before entering a Hucklespace.
Huckletown’s co-lead
Cinnamon Button is the de facto co-lead for Huckletown. Doc backs and fully supports anything and everything she says and does. Please be nice to her.
Thank you for reading these rules, and we hope you enjoy your stay!
